Low Morale, anyone?
It seems like you had some major inspiration from monkeehub's Low Morale cartoons -- the style is almost exactly the same, the only thing that's missing are some floppy heads. If Low Morale was, in fact, your inspiration, perhaps you should state that.
Other than the fact that I've seen this style before, I'd say you did a very good job. I like how you've made the character static while everything else around him changes, but manages to keep the same mood in each new scene.

The idea of the film is to not do anything when something goes wrong with you(everybody just saying shit to him), keep quite, be patient and at the end of your life, you will be the winner. understand?!

very cool animation. the graphics were good and the storyline was very interesting and original too.... especially with all the blah-blah like chatting and nagging and stuff. the gun got me real excited, but was a little disappointed when it just in this thoughts, and the 'fake' smile, we all can relate to... especially me since i work in a kitchen.
