So first of all, allow me to congratulate you on the best of all time list. You must be really proud of both this peice and yourself. Good job.
This song is nice, its pleseant to listen to. Its really relaxing. The beat is nice and the melody is really original. It is also a commendable feat that you still view this as incomplete. That is a mark of someone really humble and talented. Most people would just submit this and then just call it a day. You however have strived to improve it and it really shows. Good job! The sound was universal (and in my musical dictionary that means that the sound surrounds you and is just really nice and equally distributed. there are really not many flaws that I can depict from this song, however, I will mention the things that could use improving.
first of all, your melody, while original, is really repetative and gets kind of old after a while. Have you ever heard the phrase "Familiarity breeds contempt"? That is a good saying that you could put with this. The melody is repeated a lot throughout this peace and is really mainly only one idea that is just changed around a bit. Try adding different melodies that you could transition from one another just perfectly. What a lot of people do is create something that is different from the main theme of the song. For example, you could have an actiony theme and then just slow it down for a moment with this melody. Then you could repeat your previous melody.
Other than this, however, I can find no other errors, so I will give you a 9/10 and a 4/5. Good work and keep it up. Hope to hear more from you. Peace,

I imagine walking through a quite city night. The only sound is the wind and the rain. Some of the building lights are on, while others are turned off. The people inside are either sleeping or just doing something on their own. The night is somewhat misty however, not enough to impede my vision. The streets are made from cobblestone and the apartments and the skyscrapers, out of brick. The night is peaceful and the people are all docile. The light from the street lights are like beacons along the street. Sort of like animal crossing XD.
P.S III yeah I still can't afford one...
well i'd have to say that you left the best review i've ever had. it's hard to come by them on newgrounds, so i really appreciate it. i wish for you to review more of my music. As you mentioned, im not really satisfied with this version, and i feel that ive improved alot since i made this, which is why im thinking of remaking this song while changing alot of things. i agree with you on the melody too, that would be one thing that i would change up a bit more if i remade it.
