It all averages out
Though I appreciate the reinterpretation of a common theme by several artists, the problem with it is thathalf of the artists are... well... bad. Unfortunately for those talented enough to create a truly original or interesting segment, the mire that it is surrounded by typically drags the piece as a whole down to medicrity. In parts, the work was extremely good but in others, extremely bad. As a whole it simply suffers from typicality and lack of overall inspiration regardless of the theme.
And, uh... if you're going to take the time to animate a spinning bullet you might want to take some time to realize what the purpose of the bore is. It was created in order to stabalize and direct a projectile with minimal interferance from the atmosphere around it (i.e. make the bullet go straight.). This is why modern bullets are constructed in a cylindrical fashion in order to cut through the air along with being propelled along a rifled barrel which maintains a certain degree of balance and control in the vector of the projectile.
Sorry, just nitpicking.
