I think "our first animation" meant the first in their series. Not one persons first flash animation ( retards ) Also if you listened the whole thing is based on an actual radio show. If you follow the link to the site the person who did this, likely did it as a professional.

I LIKED THE COMEDY IT WAS PRETTY FUNY AND THE SOUND WASN'T THAT BAD.
I thought it was really good...
the intro was very professional in my opinion, but the actual show portion needs to be improved a little... other than that i thought it was a great flash and i hope you continue to make them..

That's pretty good for a first animation, There's definitely plenty of room for improvement, but I hope to see more of these.
