My thoughts (Part one of two)
I'm going to put my opinion in. First the job of art of any kind is suppose to provoke a human being to think and to act. In this sense the authors has done just that, you have thought and you have acted. If you have study any history of the different devoplment, discovery and movements poeple always fought back, thought, discussed, and so forth.
Second, this is a polictical satiracal animation. It is suppose to be funny, ever read the Times, Newsweek or any printed media, look in on the Opinion page or Notbook page; you'll see a cartoon. I don't seeing anyone getting up in arms about that. The whole point of our bill of rights and the consitution is the right to express our view as long, AS LONG, as it does not impose, depress or infringe on another person's rights or life. This is only suppose to make you think and then go out to fix what work with the world.
Third i don't like sterotypes, i think thet only cause more problems. But this is human nature, we like to but things into the box or labels, it makes us feel important and safe. As Fromn, a pyschologist stated, "Modern man is a creature in search of a cage". It is your job as a conscious human being to break them.
