The movie wasnt all powering up, only about 10 seconds and that was at the end of the movie, and having him about to fight and stop is more dramatic

Thanks, but there are different spellings all the time, im more familuar with this one, cause people spell his name as either Brolly, Broly or Broli, same as Frieza some people spell it as Freezer
