This thing is kinda boring and annoying.
This movie can moved things too quickly.Each scene was kinda speedy as though pressed for time.Also, it made fun of a serious thing so they really need to show and make fun of the side effects like show the athelete going suacidal,sterile, and go through roid rage.This is the end of my review and excuse my spelling.

If you want to do something, do it right.
It's clear that a lot of work went into this, but unfortunately, it just didn't work. The points you were making were obvious, but they didn't make sense in the context of the cartoon. Also, it looks like you could animate very well, but for some reason chose to half-ass the movements and lip-synching.
This one needed some more thought and some more work. I hope your next one shows a little more effort.
