Uninspired
Too much like DBZ, i.e. boring scenes of people staring at each other and talking coupled with "action" scenes that involve the fighters repeating the exact same action over and over again until one or the other shoots fire or light or something at the other one. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind dialogue, it just has to be more interesting than, "I'm good, you're evil, and I'm way stronger so I'll win."
It was well drawn and animated however, so I didn't completely hate it.

A pretty decent anime style fight. It would be better if there were voices sounds and music.
