To be quite honest, I downloaded the piece because I liked it so much and it's probably one of my favorite songs now after listening to it so much...idk why O_o but I really like it :D

A lament
Specifically the one by Dr. Steel, of which I am a big fan. Sounds a lot like his Lament for a Toy Factory. To me, anyway. Check it out sometime.
