You did well on this, I like the sprites. You can make a ton of funny pictures on this, and make boss scenes off of the games, I give you a 9. Good Job!

rather boring
What's that about? You can place some sprites in a landscape. Most dress-up "games" are rather boring and this one was even worse. Maybe I just don't like this kind of thing and for others it's the hit... but just putting some copied sprites together and make them drag&drop-able isn't enough.
