Could have something here...
This isn't a bad game, but it does need a few things. One, sound would be great. Even if it's just the sound of racecars going around. Also, when you complete the track, there should be some sort of message, more levels would be awesome, and perhaps some sort of...reward for completing the puzzle in short time. Mainly something to let you know that you are in fact done. Even if it's just an "Again?" button. Good effort!

Yeah it was quite good. Try making more tracks and levels to do and maybe have a one where you can make your own track to race around. You should neaten up the edges as well because the didn't all join together perfectly.

It was pretty fun, innovative as well. I really wish you would make it DO something when you finish however. Aside from being able to watch to go around :P
