Reviews for "Magus Bros Shorts 1"

nice

that was pretty good, i thought it was funny and overall just a good flash...id like to see a sequal to this, so keep up the good work...

ShadowWarriorLuke responds:

Thanks.

haha

Very funny, as was said before; voice acting would be nice (But I can understand where you are coming from on the Mario thing) and some looong dialogue bubbles going on (Just add an advance text button if you can) Loved the text part, btw, Magus is a dumbass. Tres Bien.

Well keep up the good work, I'm going to watch your stuff ^_^

ShadowWarriorLuke responds:

I'd best get some more stuff done then. >.>

I guess I'll ask around and see if people would prefer the click to advance text over the text going on its own.

Humor in all its glory... well

Hehe very funny. I loved the sarcasm in it. Magus tutored by Mario, can it get any better?
Excellent use of sprites looked very smooth. And in fact that you managed to throw in Schala in the dialog was great.
“Sorry Schala…”

Heck, it made me laugh. Hurry up on the sequels!

ShadowWarriorLuke responds:

Glad you enjoyed it. I have a sarcastic sense of humour, and I guess it shows. Sequels will come in time, I guarantee. Also, check for a series on here called Chrono Trigger Unglued if you haven't already, that's another good humour-based series.

Hope to see more of your stuff too.

nice sprite movie

i hope u continue this :)

ShadowWarriorLuke responds:

Will do, thanks.

GOOD...exept....

There are two soultions to what your biggest problems were.....

You wern't even close to guessing the amount of time it takes to read dialouge. soooo....
(A)- get voice acters
(B)- put a button in to advance to the next text
because I ended up, not being able to read something that flashed really fast [the unintentional ones]
or the text stayed wayyyy to long on the screen and you would just read it and wait for a bit.

ShadowWarriorLuke responds:

I know, it's a constant problem getting the text speed right. I could do the click to advance the text thing, but some people complain with that too. Ah well, I'll get better at timing it as I keep making flash I suppose. Thanks for reviewing.
