...umm.....yay?cant think of a better summary.....
Some error you corrected(That I forgot to mention, aand is not really an erorr, but it..sounds wrong) is(was) the "HADOKEN" sound of Akuma, however, concerning voices, the sounds for Ryu´s attacks are all messed up(It´s not that big a dealing, but if you know the name of the attacks is kinda startling to hear a the wrong line with the wrong move(Mostly concerning Tatsumaki Sempukyakuu).
The sprite use was as good as beefore, only that this time the fights were better, the Akuma one was a bit fast, but still it´s nice to see sprite fighting.

It was shorter than part 1 but I did like how the animation was better. The fights were still very short, you need to make them longer.
Still on par, but...
It still isn't anything that noteworthy. It is nice to see that you put sound effects for blocked hits, but I think you need to make these longer. Also, you still haven't explained anything about why Ken is evil suddenly. Do you just hate Ken or something?
