Forget the fucking script will ya.
That could have been funny but the voice acting was terrible, i mean, when he shouted and pointed he didn't actuaaly shout he did a sort of wisper and concequently, it sounded crap.
When you voice act there are only three things you need to think about.
1. The character voice.
2. Expression of the voice.
3. The timing of each individual syllable.
You can blame it on the script all you want, but the truth is that voice acting just sucked.
Get a bit of practice in and learn to shout at a microphone properly and i'll bet you do a hell of a lot better.
