What is your process like on this? Do you create the shapes in a gray scale and then re-color them? Or do you start out with a basic colored design and just edit it as you go along?
The colors in it are absolutely fantastic; I really love the details you managed to get in the runs and vines. Best pixel art I have ever seen.
Dang this is amazing! And I have to say that this greatly reminds me of Shadow of the Colossus.
