You did a great job and i love to see a good flash rpg. I couldn't equip the time egg or the pendant, were you supposed to be able?? Except for the lack of crucial RPG elements this game was awsome. If you decide to expand beyond chrono trigger you should make somthing where you choose your stats and whatnot. Very good job.

This was absolutely, without so much as a thread of doubt, awsome. It looks like you put a lot of effort into this game and it shows. This stuff is great, and I cant wait to see more of your work in the future.

Technical Breakdown:
-You done good boah. Yes, it seems that this piece of work deserves a lot of credit in terms of it's techical details. Actionscripting this must have been a b*tch. The graphics (even though they are sprites) are relatively seemless and work nicely with teh sound. The sound is also well done. Nice and clear (considering the filesize... I'd have expected it.) Also, an RPG game like this is hard to find on Newgrounds now adays... Most people are making shootems and tank wars and Dating sims... We need more free movement RPGs...
On a side note, it's time to make some suggestions.
The story is linear, gappy, and at best... unexplained. You need to make a story that is self contained... Meaning that even though some aspects of the story may be clearer if you played the CT series, you don't need to in order to understand the game, and that everything you do in the game must be justified or linked to something in the story.
Once again, keep it up... You have a talent for this, and I suggest you try your best to make something of it. It could do you a lot of good.
A waste of time
I read your FAQ, this is meant to be a continuation to Chrono Trigger? The only problem with that is that Chrono Trigger was a complete story, you know what happens to all of the characters when it's done, it shows it. This is just another badly produced fan-fiction type RPG thing on a character that's not even that cool. If the RPG elements of this game were better, it would've gotten a higher score, but I give you a 1, only because I love Chrono Trigger, next time, try harder and produce something worth wasting time on.
