I won with a level 12!
i won the game with a level twelve, i had 2 elixirs and 1 tonic and ether. Just use tech then normal attack the keep on doing until you have 10-27 health and 0-4 mp then use elixir. Use toner or ether if you run of of it when you still high on health/mp. Well the game was good and all

I've always been a fan of final fantasy since when it came out for super nintendo. Magus is one of the least talked about and remembered bad guy in all the ff games. I enjoyed Chrono Trigger very much and much liked this game. I especially liked the fact that the battle sequence was just like the Chrono Trigger version.

Magus is a good character to do this on. Considering very little was known about him in Chrono Trigger, besides the fact that he was from the far future and dumped by Lavos in the middle ages.
