Slimes in nature actually serve to clean the environment they're in. Similarly many consider the DnD Gelatinous Cube to be an all-purpose "dungeon cleaner" due to it's ability to absorb errant corpses and gear.
That slime girl is fine, but I don't buy that 100% clean shtick for a second. Guaranteed yeast infection.
