Good and bad, so confused....
You could really teach people new to flash how to animate action. This would probably do better advertising Levis jeans, though.
Some constructive critique: leave out the gradiation looking texture on the objects, this is one of those flash cartoons that would look great with just plain, solid colors. The police station looked like a misshapen cardboard box covered in aluminum, looks like you tried too hard to make it look three dimensional(not to mention that it looked out of place compared to all the other buildings featured earlier in the piece). If you could somehow learn to stay consistent with human proportions, the action would look even better than it did.

The only thing i did not see was a burly 540 kick in to a scorpion kick but sick none the less nd rage was a nice touch made me watch twice
