Robots still don't bleed.
... and I guess Snakeman threw away his glass because he realized that he can't drink, either. :)
This was really cool, even if the inspiration is obvious and very heavy from the first moment. Your art isn't as good as Cid's (try thinner, cleaner lines), but at least you don't have those weird proportion issues, even though this Megaman looks kinda like X. The original Megaman characters are more child-like in proportions.
There were two things that felt a little "off" to me in this movie:
Firstly, I felt you were overusing the anime facial expressions. They were too long. If you watch the original Quickman movie or some (good) anime more carefully, these are usually very brief, or done in slow motion. Here, there were some shots where a character was doing nothing but standing and emoting, while being attacked.
Secondly, things didn't seem to have proper weight. I can only guess how hard this is to animate, but when everything else is so good, it becomes noticable. When the glass lands, it should topple, not fall to pieces from bottom-up, as if was being ground up. When Snakeman misses and hits the statue, that's very megaman-like animation, but not what you intended, I think. You can't rebound from something that shatters from your impact. Again, in a typical anime, when a metal robot crashes into that statue, he'd disappear in a cloud of dust and debris.
I hope you find this useful. Congratulations and good luck with future projects!
