Brutal.
Animation, graphics, and overall entertainment was bad. I think what something that none of the other reviewers didn't mention is your amazing lack of physics. When the guy got a grenade thrown to his left, he SHOULDN'T be launched the the left! Overall, terrible.
Perfectly Mediocre
Okay, first of all, spend more time on the worms' squirming movements. The worms look terrible and their movements look even worse. Secondly, you've got the style of Worms down. You seem to understand what makes Worms funny and why it has such a widespread appeal. Now if you'd only make the sound better, increase the violence (remember, they go boom and leave a gravestone when they die), and learn the correct grammar for the ending screen ("scotland win" is incorrect; it should be "Scotland Wins") you'll be good.
