Niceee, except some people are right. Master Chief's serial number is, in fact, 117. but no, he isn't called 'Master Chief' Because he's the last alive. He's called Master Chief because he's a squad leader, plus I'm pretty dang sure they didn't wanna say 'Spartan II-117'. But yeah. Its pretty good.
