Well...
The menu actually was much better than the game ;)
There were some nice ideas, the weirdness of the jetpack-thing actually made me chuckle. The music was decent, so why make it stop after starting the game? In my opinion this is worth finishing, but if you choose to do so, better do it completely. :P

...I'd like to see the complete thing. Can't really suggest anything that would help at this point , I still don't know what much of it will be like.
(I still voted low on it though because it is only the basics anyway so there isn't much point this version should stay on NG)
Just the beginning...
But you have the makings of a pretty funny game. There's lots of unfinished work, graphics are just decent, and lots of glitches, but power to you for working on this. Whenever the first two questions came up I laughed for a couple of minutes. All through out this there were lots of jokes there were actually funny. It was pretty crazy. Anyways, I think it's obvious this shouldn't pass blamnation, considering it's not finished, but as soon as you finish it up, this will be a great game.
