HTML is a hard thing for noobs, and sometimes an instructional will help. It is kind of funny that you made this for the Newgrounds forums, being that there individual premade tags that make it much easier for people who are not that familar with HTML. However, what this needs is for an area for you to type what you want and have it automaticaly convert it to HTML. Also, to have a clickable version rather than what you currently have.
