Too hard! You can't even hurt the guy.

He's always facing you, hitting his cape doesn't hurt him, when he pops up near you are 'hurt' and you can't do anything, if he pop up entirely on you you get hurt and hurt till he goes away, if you leap over the fire you can be safe, but the very moment you do so he dissapears, if you try to leap over the flames and swing the moment you do that you'll be hurt, and the attack will stop. So he's invincible and it's all your fault.

A temporary invincibility would be nice, you know, when your guy's hit and then he flashes for a bit till he can take damage again?

The ability to whip without the guy being in the 'standing' pose would be nice. And the lack of any secondary weapons sucks.

Great remake and all.

It's just that it was hard as all hell,even the original last boss on the NES version wasn't as hard as this one but good job on it anyways. :)

Nice remake

A nice revist to the past for die hard Castlevania fans. Not much of an ending for such a challenging fight, but nice none-the-less. The music at the end made it somewhat worth it. I kept hitting a glitch where I didn't fall completely to the ground after getting hit, but that didn't affect gameplay any. Decided to give this a 4.

Simply put... a waste of time, effort and energy.

The game is somewhat difficult, but it's beatable... I wouldn't reccommend playing it unless you have a lot of time on your hands. The game because of is remake is much harder than the original... You have much slower reaction times, Dracula's attacks are instant and spontaneous (he can appear wherever/whenever on the screen regardless to your movements) Deflecting the Hell Fire beams have become disabled, you must learn how to time the jump attack hit precisely (which means close analysis of the characters 2 frame animation).... Good luck... lol

The Remake is terribly programmed... This game lacks physics in every aspect of gaming.
