loved it WOOT WOOT!!!111

I liked the originality and storyline. The sound fx were good too (the dog yelp got kind of repetitive though). It had just enough violence to get the point across, but not too much to just make it a blood fest. Exept for amybe the part where the dogs were hung, but that was a good end of movie impact. The scene selection was done well (not considering the back button). The graphics were great in some places, good in other places, and OK in others. It seemed almost like parts of your movie weren't complete. Like the cocaine part. Oh yeah, what is the relation between the cast-away, the druggie, and the storyline? Good job 5/5.

they are all connected, the whole movie is just as any other movie is a lens ontop the world, just a peek at what the world has to offer, really thats what any sort of art is... so theres a line about Fear in the beginning, this relates to all the story lines and all the story lines to come... if you found Vol 1. confusing just wait until Vol 2. is ABLE for me to submit, the filesize limit stopped me... i wanted VOl.1 and 2 to be submitted togather! because really its all ONE movie... so ya it got kind of screwed up...

Long...

Don't get me wrong it was great and all... but too long, and what a way to end vol 1. That was just crazy, I hope you explain in the next one, why they killed all those poor dogs. Great use of Nirvana, though thats really a Meat Puppet song he did it best! That coke part was really stupid, and you could have done without it. Anyway good flash, long, but good! so 5/5 and hopefully part two isn't so long and more imformative.

you should watch again and pay more attention to John Marks... the cocaine scene is connected to the theme. Vol.2 is if i remember right a few minutes longer.

I watched vol.2 before i watched vol.1 and it made no sense to me at all and all the violence seemed pointlessly disturbing, but I get it now after watching vol.1
A have a greater appreciation for vol.2 now.
It would be nice to see both volumes joined somehow, watching only one or the other ruins the whole storyline.
If you havn't watched vol.2 yet, watch it first before trying to make sense of it.

The art style almost seemed lazy, but paying closer attention to it I can see every image was all put together in a very thoughtful way.
