Reviews for "Spider-Man Animated Short"

Very nice

This was a very good movie overall, however I do believe that the music didn't quite fit the scene (it was too technoey at times and too "exotic" at others) and the part where Spider-Man dodges the bombs on the building is badly (probably intentionally) animated. I look forward too seeing more of your work!

hmmm

The graphics were nice but it didn't have a fluent animation. Being a portfolio I guess it's not that bad but not that good either. Maybe next time you make another movie you've improved. Take it easy there bud.

Chris Aldin...

...Chris, there is no way in hell someone new to flash could make this. This flash was done REALLY well. To make still pictures look lively is not easy. The camera work was excellently handled. Only someone with skill in flash and action scripting could make this. So Chris Aldin, you have no idea what you are talking about. You have obviously never made a flash before to know how hard some of the techniques Colby was using. Pick up flash and actually study how the program works before you run your mouth.

Ya it was decent.

If you're new to flash this would be pretty good, but if you arent then i know you can do better. Graphics were pretty good on the backrounds and buildings but i found the fighting looked stale. Style, umm not too great. It was just like the old school spider man cartoons, i never liekd those. Violence, not quite enough of it for the type of flash you had. And sound could really be improved. I didnt hear any soundeffects and the song was bad.

Still it was decent as i said. Theres alot of things you need to imrpove on. But you got the basic skillz down, so congrats on that. 3/5

.......

Well.... not the best I've seen. The loading thing was cool and the animation was good, but I don't know, it just didn't appeal to me. Maybe it was the music...
