I watched the traditionally animated short film on your site and thought it was spectacular.
Any relation to Don Bluth?
As for the flash movie, it is hard to fairly critique it knowing that it was made so long ago.
I would say add more inbetweening and such.
Very........different, but not bad different.

You do have the skills, but animation would be great, not motion tweens all the time.
