Hey, good job transcribing all of that. Did you do that all by ear? I've been listening to that particular score alot lately, and this sounded just like it.
It was pretty cool, but it seemed... a bit scarce of something. Maybe adding some variety in the instruments instead of the run of the mill beeps, boops, and bumps could help out with that.
But overall this was a very nice piece or transcribition... is that a word? In any case, nice work. Keep it up.

People on NG might know me for my review posts for songs. I am known as what my name is on NG, or a split personality, named Paragraph Boy. I have been quite good friends with AdmiralConcuistador, Rucklo and SonicEclipse (now known as Extracy).
Now, this song has the great bass. The melody is just like the original movie, but in a different sound. Basically, the thing you remixed on the song was just adding a bass to the real melody. And idea to do for movie remixes is to add some taste of your own. Try to bring your style and your feel to the music a little more.. not just a bass.
Now, my mother is a fanatic to Pirates of the Carribean. It quite annoys me to tell you the truth.. Whenever I go out in the Living Room, it's on no matter what... She happens to be a huge Johnny Depp fan!
Like I said, you have to add a different sound to the original... It isn't very good when you just hear the same melody, but only a new bass and a little bit of snare.
My idea, is to try and make it again, but add something to get in the litseners mind. Create something unique and different.
If we all were the same, the world would be dull and boring.

I am in orchestra at my highschool. We are actually playing an arrangement of the POTC songs. So i decided to remix it.....i wasn't trying to make it original. I made this song mainly for my fellow orchestra members. I just decided to put it on NG for fun. Thanks for the review. It was quite long.
