Like everyone else has probably already said, time up the music. It probably times up in your .fla file, but Flash is stupid for that. I'm not exactly sure what you need to do for it to stay timed up when you publish the file. Anyway, awesome. The music was the ONLY problem, in my opinion.
Pretty good
I liked how it looped, but i think the song should have faded out more gradually. Also, really nice graphics, and overall really good.

Pretty good stuff. All you really need to do is make the music match up towards the end, and when the goat first goes down the mountain, and it will be great stuff.

Because i still loved it and now it's one of my favs :D Good job! Keep working on even better flashes, and if possible, make them not so commercial the next time, and i'm sure you'll get +1 points more to that votepoint average you have now ;)
Everything was good and there wasn't really anything to complain about, but if you could juuuust a little bit improve on graphics and make something outstanding, it'd be a perfect 10 from me ;) It depends on viewers eyes.

Graphics- Very well done and clear, a little sketchy, but great still.
Style- Hehe, it was a goat...goats are funny...
Sound- Music was clear, but sound effects lacking a little.
Violence- Mild Comic Voilence, nothing a 4 year old couldn't handle. Nice.
Interactivity- ...movie...
Humor- I liked it. What can I say...
