Handicrap.
Cliche monotone voices and ugly characters following in the Ren & Stimpy tradition of too much detail in all the wrong places. I spent 95% of the time waiting for people to finish their sentences in hopes that something interesting might happen, and the other 5% waiting for the cartoon to load.
It may have potential for a series; it is conceivably possible that a few more episodes and it might be mildly entertaining. But there's just nothing special about it.

i just thought it sucked. it never made me laugh. it almost mad me cry cause it sucked so much lol

Not much of a storyline, the voices and animation were boring....there just wasn't really anything to it, and it felt like I spent more effort watching it than you made creating it. Sorry, but not amused.

When I first saw Handicopped on the front page, I thought to myself, "Hmm, I think it would be pretty funny to see the trials and tribulations of a handicapped/ retarded cop. Hell, it might the next Forest Gump." Well, it seems I lied to myself. And not just a little fib. No, it was a major, horrifing, disturbing, big ass mother fucking lie! What the hell is this piece of crap. I mean sure the voices are decent (at the most), but the shape of it astounds me that you made this crap!
