Well that's what happened in the 1930's people were racist. And it's not even that racist,(unless you're talking about the italian thing) They said "negro" back then, not "african american". and beside's it's not like mario said "What? a negro? I shall have him lynched!".
Overrated
This really isn't that great, just a gimmick, trying and failing at satire. I've never seen an actual silent film with random things just happening even if scenes were missing you at least knew what was going on with the plot. You can't just make an animation with random stuff happening in black and white with a scratched film filter and expect it to be gold. I've seen tons of the sprite animations and I would have to say this would be towards the bottom of the heap. I'm glad you put the disclaimer that you are not a racist, after viewing your animation someone might actually think the opposite.
You might want to actually study up on something you are parodying, not just saying "Well this is what people thought about racism back in the times these types of films were made so I'm just going to use that as an excuse to slip in this type of joke." I don't remember any silent films that used racism against blacks, italians, or mexicans. I could be wrong. If there is a certain film I'm overlooking that you are basing your satire on, please let me know what it is.

I'm not really basing it on any movie. and yes people were more racist, not all but a lot more than now. and maybe you're right, maybe I should've changed it to 1920 or somthing. besides "negro" in Webster's Unabridged Dictionary it says "a member of the dominant black race of africa, living chiefly in the congo and sudan regions" It doesn't say "Really racist name for black people" besides, it was only a joke and I didn't mean anything by it, if anyone was offended I'm sorry. But seriosly, I don't care if you thought the joke wasn't appropriate.

Uuh, first of all, it was only a joke. I thought we made that pretty obvious.
Second, we never made you watch it. How about we just keep submitting stuff, and you just not watch anymore. I think that's a more efficient system.
