a good start
It's a good start, but the instructions don't make a whole lot of sense, and they're almost too pixelated to read. I would suggest using a larger font (and thus more pages), and not bitmapping the font, so that it anti-aliases better. I think this would be a lot better if it were fleshed out, and also included a link to a website with more detailed information.

I think you need to explain about states an mutual exclusivity to prevent things like "sliding" of sprites (e.g. right + S)

The idea is pretty good, i'd like to see a tutorial like yours, but, the sound actually hurted my ears and the font was too small, the only way to read it was to use zoom in.
Plz fix that, i'd really like to see a good tutorial on how to make a SF like game.
there i fixed it! now its readable and the music is gone! lol
