Now that that's been said, great job. The writing isn't your highest point, so hopefully you'll be able to fix that with your team of writers. Still, an awesome flash, especially for your first flash.

not bad for a first flash
Great job on the sound and music, but seriously think of hireing a writer for the next ones. Animation was nice and smooth and the humor was good but if you were going for wet your pants fall out of your seat kind of thing you kind of fell short. Voices and sound were kick ass but plot could of had a little more to it, but then again this is a poilt so keep up the good work.
I've actually got a team of writers on the next one. Don't worry. :)

i don't mean this is a rip off, but if you watch the Oh MY GOD series, it has a simmilar intro. its just this the second pilot starting a very promising series of good flash with that semi-annoying, but effective intro.

"whew, that was easy!"
"then i shall make it harder!"

Really, I absolutly loved this! The voices were very well done and I loved the theme song (was it profesionally done?)
My only complaint was Captain Leader's voice at the very beggining. It sounded sort of snotty and annoying, then it got much better.
It wasn't the funniest thing I've ever seen, but it did make me chuckle several times, especially the sign that says "Don't listen to the cow. It's lying to you" That made me laugh my ass off.
I really hope to see more of this, and I hope the actual episodes will be much longer (I'm sure they will) Really great job, keep up the good work!
