I did a jump and slash and I lost ALL THREE LIVES at the same time when I got hit! It took me sometime to get to level 3 too >= /

I couldn't get past the first level because of that stupid 3 hit thing! It was good but the fact you have to keep using your shield was annoying. Even when I was right next to them I still couldn't do any damage most of the time. I liked it and I'm going to continue playing till I complete it! HAH!
You need to add more lives..
Its hard just getting past the 1st 4 guys... but its pretty good Idea...
plus.. add more weapons.

The style of animation was cute, and the important timing of defense was vital for winning, as the last reviewer said.
Although, fighting multiple enemies was a pain... You could block one attack, and might drop your guard thinking that the other enemy won't attack. Health points are precious in the game, given only three.
And I was a little pissed at going to level two, and dying and restarting the whole game. The sound was pretty nice, The Juno theme song for Ragnarok, which fit in very well with the background of a majestic city with statues of great warriors.
Overall, BB deserves an 8/10

good game, i enjoyed playing it although i sucked at it, it has some not obvious 1ups which is cool to the unsuspecting, its a good game, id play it multiple times
