I don't mean to sound like a jackass to criticize a near perfect game but maaybe you could fix the hole in the bridge in the middle of level 2.There are also other holes in bricks and I don't know if they were meant to be put there but otherwise,this is an amazing game.
Whats more is that you said you had very little time to accomplish this

Keep on going, you have what it takes to make a fun sidescroller. More Features and characters would have been nice.
Why the 10 in humor?
I don't know why but the little badly drawn guy makes me chuckle. It takes some real stargy and skill. Even though it seems pointless with the block slash, block slash, still had fun. Advice of people who having trouble. Use the sheild, it's there for a reason and the charge attack (or arrow forward and then attack) helps alot with the big guys and other enemys in that matter. Time it right and you can hit them even if they blocked
