I thought this was pretty good.
This was nicely done for the fact that you artists had to do it with only 5 shades of blue and a theme. Very well done. (I also gave a 10 because you used my favorite color...Hey, don't take this way. The flashes were well drawn and done well, even though some of them have suicide and...Hey, wait, I didn't mean it like that either!...)

I'm a big fan of both classical animation and attention to detail. You supplied generous helpings of both, and I am very impressed. The way the light and shadows played across the shell...genius. There are also some great background activity you don't see in animation today. Finally, sounds and music often make or break an excelent submission, and yours made it. Well done all!
