Very awesome.. the only thing you could add is the slime sloshing out from the cauldron... in the picture to the left you do a great job showing that, but the moving one doesn't have that and would make it look extremely awesome

The picture on the left is a still Image from Jouste~ =o As it's said the description. It's hard to make xD I'll try it sometime though.
Might I provide a bit of a critique? I like the follow up movements such as the bits hanging of of the elbow and chin, but the arms moving back and forth on the cauldron part seems a bit distracting, maybe if they were planted and he just lifted the whole character up and slightly bobbed a bit up and down? Like barely perceptible pushups?
Otherwise looks great, I did notice the attempt at organic this time whereas your past stuff is usually puppeteering solid shapes.
Reminds me of a boss in the Castlevania series. I like some of the odd detail you put into his body. The cauldron itself looks pretty epic too. It is an interesting mix of a monster that looks fairly typical "English graveyard ghoul" placed within a cauldron that looks a little more Hawaiian / Tiki-esque.
