Reviews for "MMPolarity Reconstruction"

Really, really good

This was really well done, with only a few glaring things.

The controls were kinda screwy, so the last level was really tough to beat. Also, it seems that sometimes you take damage in those beams even if you have the right shield.

Otherwise, this was well done. Great job!

Frankenroc responds:

Those beams should only hurt you if you're the opposite polarity, but someone else is reporting the same problem. If you could email me a screenshot of where that is, I can identify a bug if it exists and correct it in the next version. Thanks.

(My email address is listed in the bug report area if you click the "Instant Kill" button.)

WOOOOOWWWW!!!!!

Nice game!! It was really fun. I wonder where i can get codes..?

Frankenroc responds:

If you get a high enough play rank in each level, you'll get a cheat code. I may also put some in as passwords so you can skip directly to some levels you've already been, but that would be in a future version.

whats the bracelet

what does the livestrong cheat does??

Frankenroc responds:

It does nothing, it's purely there for show. Basically it's just a little joke about how the yellow LiveStrong bands are everywhere today (at least, in many areas). Do a Google search for LiveStrong if you don't know what I'm talking about.

Impressive...Very impressive indeed.

I'd like to say that is the best Megaman-based game I've seen on Newgrounds since Megaman X Next (if you wanna play it, just search the 'portal, lazy arses!). I've also always been a fan of Ikaruga, which I played on my Dreamcast, and while I never went past stage 3, it's still was a great game.

So let's get it straight: good crossover concept, good, non-repetitive missions(the stages were, at least, differents from what I saw), an little push to the player to get better (the cheat codes!), good animation(not very choppy -- if at all, and that might be my computer actualy) and nice play control.

And decently challenging, to boot. All in all, very, very nice game, and it's going on my favorite list.

One nitpick...there is a large hole that you need to jump in the second part of the third stage, and I gave up at about the...fifth time. It's a liiiiittle to big. Unless I'm missing something. Oh well!

Frankenroc responds:

You are missing something. It has a slight puzzle element to it. Here's a hint, don't destroy the wind blower until after you cross the hole...

Hope that helps. Thanks!
