Pretty good.

This was very original, I must say. But it would be cool if you learned how to tween. Just, for example, put a ball in frame 42. Convert it into a symbol, and in frame, for example, 52, drag the ball to the opposite side of the screen. Right-click frame 42->"Add motion tween".
There was a good concept and the character was cool. Keep it up.

For people who think he tweened...
Right click->"Play" when the movie reachs the part Pixel Vision uses the attacks with rainbows. Then go right-clicking and pressing "Forward", you'll see the movie as it is frame-by-frame. There really is 20% of tweening on each frame, just as he said. Well, at least that's my opinion.

The fact that you didn't use tweens with this sort of animation just proves your inefficiency to apply proper animation techniques (style=2). If you want your future employer to see you've put a lot into something, create a series of animation where the camera moves around the character, thus creating more depth and allowing you to truly take advantage of frame-by-frame animation.

You've put together a very fast-paced and exciting piece here though... i'll give you an above-avergae 7 out of 10. Cheers.
