Ok...

There are either 3 things PeacePlane are...
1. A plane that loves weed.
2. A hippy plane.
3. Both.

I'm going with both seeing as how after every wave, the background changes colors, and he shoots flowers. Yup... Deffinitly a weed smoking hippy plane. GO PEACEPLANE!
