I really like this one.
First, very original way to present this popular subject in hiphop. Coupled with the first person story it makes it feel completely new.
Singing is a nice touch.
Mixing could have been a tiny bit more interesting, but overall the simplicity works in its favor.

Wish there was a beat...
Man, pretty good brah. hot melody, but i REALLY wish there was a physical beat in the back instead of the vocal beat. I wouldn't suggest staying on NG too long dred. Not a good place to start. try Wemix.com or of course, myspace. Best of luck. keep it up.

Haha, yeah, my ghetto beatboxing isn't there yet. It's a style I really dig though, I'm trying to develop a sound that isn't as flaccid as this one. I'd really like to start complementing it with some drums, I'm always fooling around trying to find what works. Thanks for the advice too, I appreciate it!
