One of the classic Zelda spoofs...And no, he didn't recognize her because of her chest. The scarf over her mouth came down a bit becase the shirt was no longer supporting it. I'm sure Link had a very bad day after that. Oh, and Zelda: thanks for pwning Navi for me.
