Reviews for "counting bodies/neocon"

OMG, I just had to review this.....

I gave it a ten, because, amidst all this political turmoil (a lot to do with Jeff Weise no doubt) its so damn funny to watch the helplessly mind programmed political 'chumps' produce something like this. Dem, Rep, and practicaly any other party for that matter. There was an item that demands clarification. What country did Bush nuke? Ours? It got confusing.

Based on the merits of graphics, it looks pretty good. I liked the colors, the animation was pretty smooth, and whoah, the giant robotic elephant was prit E darn nift E. Style, eh, its politicaly motivated, so it has very little style. Sound? I thought the music was pretty kewl and clear.

Violence? Its so damn ironic. How come the blues pick up rifles? I thought no civilian blues were supposed to use them. But thats OK. I mean, hey, its all a matter of opinion about whats wrong and right eh? So, when your wrong but believe your right, its OK to go that last ditch effort and start killing people. In that case, maybe the blues in this flash should hop in bed with the Al Queda!

I'm sorry, but the political state of this country is so insipid and predictable, it really is funny. I've already spent to much time reviewing this in addition to the length of the actual movie. Its just gone you know.

As it is kid, for your age, this is a pretty insightful flash. You got one big part of it right. What you haven't gotten is that both sides want your mind. They'll do just about anything to get it and to convince you that what they want is in everyone's best interest. Best thing to do is ride the fence and vote for the lesser evil. Maybe someday things will change.

Well... Crap.

I loved the animation. I still read 1984 every six months, as it's my favorite book. This vision of the future is idealistically quite similar to the trend I see right now. Utterly amazing, though. Your visual approach to illustrating just how things would be is excellent. I'm surprised the DHS hasn't knocked on your door yet, as they've already knocked on a few doors I'm familiar with (and some I'm not). It seems like such a silly thing for them to do, yet knowledge is such easily obtained power these days, as less and less folks are finding it necessary to fight for liberties. "Give me freedom, or give me death" sounds more today like "You can have a few liberties, provided I can keep driving my SUV and eating Taco Bell twice a week." All that aside, you're getting bookmarked. Awesome.

Well done.

Very powerful. Very powerful indeed.

damn strait

well i guess thats one way to look at it, and the best way too

Awesome

There were bad points and good points though. I like the all the parts with the news, especially fox, and the messages portrayed. A bunch of stuff skipped past the corners of the screen fast, and there was only one actualy quote that I saw. For me, too much time was spent on the recruiting and converting and less on the message - it kind of made it less powerful. All in all, it was too "in your face" to recieve NG recognition, but I admire your guts to make something like this. Also, much graphics were lacking - epsecially the blue and red guys with their blue and red random-looking gradients. The backgrounds were also a little lackluster. Nice choice of music.

If it had better graphics, and had an even more in-your-face message (by means of the news text, quotes, and exxagerations of reality) it would be quite an awesome piece. I did like the "news" (AKA propoganda) that you did show, and the one quote. Should have had more. The American flag over the heathan countries was good, along with the calm talks about making them christian and the notes about destroying toronto. Basically - less random marching (although some of it did look cool, especially the propaganda-phant) and more message.
