And man, keep it up. First of all, it got humor, thats a major ingredience (or however it is spelled). Second, it got smooth fighting, and Third with big t, was The Pillows! Man i love em'-
Pretty damn good
The style seems very Invader Zim-ish. I like it! I love the FLCL music. The fact that robot was apparently named Firestarter was another FLCL reference. Pretty damn good, I'll watch more if you make em. ^_^
My Turn...
Alright... all in all a good movie. The graphics were good enough and the style was awesome. I agree with someone_369 that it did seem a cross of DBZ, PPG, and Invader Zim. If thats what you went for then you blended them all together pretty well. I only gave you a 5 for sound because I didn't like the music and that really killed that part for me. You had good voice acting for this and had the lip sync down pretty well. Good violence but could have used alittle more detail, like sparks and other things. Some parts did seem comical and thats what got you the 6 for humor.

I KNEW it has something to do with FLCL
some parts of it made me feel like it was closely related to FLCL, especially when 1 of them was red and going at each other, and the ending just assured me even more. It is how the guy said before me, a little dbz, a little power puff, and i'd say a lil FLCL too.
now critique-ing, i think you have very smooth animation as it is, your voice acting is not bad at all. I'd say work on trying to give a little more humor here and there, when he returns to speak with her, makes me smile to see his situation, but humor is key in alot of things. Violence, not too much and not too little, u got it down fine. Style, try to incorporate your own things and ideas, and not so much rely on things manifested from animations you watch.
