Translation:
The boy has been created by a japanese old man who trained martial arts to to the boy. A very powerfull japanese general wants him in his army and send one of his men to capture the boy when the old japanese has gone. After that the fight begin.

The animation and sound were great, the only thing I didn't like was the that the languge wasn't english, so I didn't know what was going on.
