Reviews for "Tinman"

Great flash

I liked your flash very much. The blue/purple hues gave it a sad feeling, while the music fit what was going on the the movie perfectly!! Very syncronized. It was very stylish and I liked the different camera angles.
It was sad how once he put the heart in and felt all the emotions, good and bad, it became too much for him and he didn't want it anymore.
Very good work here!

BlackmarketKraig responds:

Thank you so much, for the pleasant and thougtful review!

Great animation, but a little over-used

I really liked the animation and the graphics were great, but the story line is just too over-used. You really have a great talent for this, but I wished you spent your time on better storyline.

p.s. i don't think robots blink

BlackmarketKraig responds:

I guess that's true.

I wasn't really aware that it was so cliche. I had been planning on making it for awhile but kind of lost interest until I saw the -obsolete- submission which inspired me to get back to this one.

... it's just the story I was into for the moment, I guess.

Thanks for reviewing! ^_^

Oh, and about the blinking... why not? Maybe there are more walking, self-aware robots in your town than in mine. ;)

...Neat

This was...Cool. It was very stylistic, and had a nice quality too it. It had no real substance or anything, it was neat. Like a poem. Only in Flash form. Nice job.

BlackmarketKraig responds:

Thanks.
That's a wonderful analogy.
:D

Well

If a robot has no emotions then why in your cartoon does it get frustrated and destroy the heart it made?

BlackmarketKraig responds:

I think he had emotions the whole time but he wasn't aware of it...

Great vibe and ambiance

this flash had a great vibe and ambiance, lots of feeling. For what you were going for it was amazing, although im not a big fan of sad flashes.

BlackmarketKraig responds:

Thanks.
I'm glad that it appealed to you as much as it did even though it's not the type you normally would like. :)
