Glad you finally posted a new song. About time don't you think so?
Intro-pretty good, but transition into the vocals is awful, or nonexistent.
Actually, I have a major problem about all the transitions in this song. It's so minor I feel like you try to jam a bunch of patterns together without coherence. The song stops and starts like a broken car. The vocals are way too fast for the tempo of the background song; there is something awkward about it. One example is 3:02/3:03 and 3:10. There is a skipping of beats that completely break your mood. I hate how it was hard and kicking at 3:10 and out of the blues, a slow piano comes in, and then a fast vocal on top of it.
Less is more: I think when it comes to patterns, you're the king of complexity for dance music. Most people are bad because they repeat a phrase way too much. You're the opposite, you're doing way too much. Try doing a theme and variation on top of a 2-3 different kick ass baselines.
Song choice-Lol, I don't like this song, and it doesn't have that dance feeling to it.
The Virtual- I think he's correct. It feels a lot like your demos. You just have a bunch of phrases and passages, but no real connections.
Keep it up! I hope it won't be another 3months until u post a new song.
