i actually went through quite a few designs for the dragon, some with more detail (i guess thats what you meant by 'better')and meaner looking, but opted for a simple, chubby one, since he IS a dragon that can't breathe fire after all. i dont think a giant, scaley, fanged dragon with long spikey claws would work quite as well in this case.
