There's just 2 things I find wrong with this. It looks like there's a weird flap of skin between her nose and cheek. That really bugs me for some reason. And she looks like she's part giraffe.
The bullet hole card is a nice touch, though.

Gotta say that it's not your best picture, but I like it. I would just change one thing: The head. Maybe is that I find the neck a little bit too long, or that the hair doesn't fit the rest of the drawing, but It's just in my opinion.
